Flu

I regularly brush twice with tongue scrapping and flossing. I have even shared this issue with my dentists, where they see no issue with my oral health as such. Then I went for ENT as I do have sore throat all the time, but they prescribed few ant acids, allergens, and a nasal spray, which never worked in my case. Still, despite trying everything, the halitosis just never goes even for a second. I'm very disturbed by this issue. Though I'm sure that the odor is coming from the end of the tongue or the below region where I can't reach to clean. Medications don't work nor any mouthwash. What to do? Help me.

I have a friend who was diagnosed with dengue and typhoid at the same time and was hospitalized for a while got discharge from the hospital at September 3,2025 but now last week he felt shivering cold night once his body was hot too but ignored it saying there's no fever last again he complained about headache and slowly started to feel body hot after that he was given a dolo 650 the same evening and was sweating a lot after it was fine later around 2 am again he felt cold and took dolo 650 and was fine today morning we did a hydrotherapy he seemed to be fine his body temperature was still hot and now again in the evening he feels the fever might come back he refuses to go to the hospital thinking again they will admit him in the hospital what to do he was fine after the co infection and now again all this what should be done now

I am getting popping/ fluttering feeling on my left shoulder and upper arm continuously. It is happening continuously while lying down, walking or sitting.It started 2 days ago and is persistent . I have pcos and high triglycerides. I had full body health checkup which had chest x ray , ecg echo tmt cbc tft. All were normal.please tell why am I getting these symptoms. I am unable to do any work as the fluttering is continuousnon my upper left arm.l have tried stretching exercises but it i not going.Please tell me what shallI do.

I had low grade fever 99-99.5 every evening with dry mouth. Doctor ran some tests, my cbc, esr normal, i was diagnosed with typhoid. Completed my treatment got normal After 2 months i am having same symptoms, 99-99.4 fever in evening with dry mouth.
