It's weird. My heart beat and veins speed up and feel lot of pressure in head during meetings with seniors which make it difficult for me to sit even few seconds more once I started feeling like this. This is natural and normal stress but my body is unable to handle it. Is something wrong with the hormones or body? I don't want to tell them about this. Unable to help myself. At that time I feel that my head or chest will burst. I feel the most when I am just listening. Also it's just a normal information sharing meeting, nothing stressful.

“Doctor, 29 days ago I had a wound on my ankle that was about 70–80% healed with a scab. On that day, I first hit the wound with a piece of wood. It hurt, and the scab was disturbed a little, but there was no active bleeding. Later the same day, while a man was eating a samosa, I clearly saw some of his saliva fall directly on that same wound. I also noticed he was shouting with pain while swallowing food, as if he could not swallow comfortably. I am very worried whether rabies virus could have entered. Do I need any vaccine now, or am I safe since 29 days have already passed?”

I did a 100Km ride 3 days back due to which some of the paces in my thai rubbed with seat and cloth which caused chafing. I did apply moisturiser / coconut oil But the improvement is little in last 3 days

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding my rabies vaccination. I was scratched by a dog on 10 August (night). * First dose: 11 August (Tripura, Xprab). * Second dose: 14 August (Kolkata, Rabivax-S as Xprab was not available). * Third dose: 22 August (Kolkata, Rabivax-S; delayed, was supposed to be taken on 18 August). The dog was alive and healthy until I was in Tripura but I came to know that he died on 15 September after suffering from hind legs paralysis for an unknown period of time. I am concerned because: 1. My third dose was delayed. 2. The vaccine brands were different (Xprab first, Rabivax-S for later doses). 3. I want to know if I should complete further doses, repeat the course, or take any additional measures. Please advise me on the correct next steps. Thank you.
