I am still having joint pain here and there after taking d3 60k since 14th of August 2025...my anti ccp and diabetes results are within normal range..there is an improvement in joint pain than earlier but still not fully recovered.. also I have b12 level of 189...due to which I am taking gabapin 200 since last week and asked by the doctor to take hicobal as well for 2 months...will the joint pain be completely cured after completing the d3 course for 3 month's and b12 supplements for 2 months?

Vitamin b12 gives numbness like needle pin in hands and legs is this anything to worry because I m on injection of b12?how much time it wil take to cover injection of b12

There is a rash on my arm from today morning.. first it was itchy but now it is not. It's just red only now. No itchy. When I try to touch it feels like a mosquito bite I am attaching the photo. Kindly guide

I had diagnosed typhoid last Friday. I went to doctor. He gives iv fluids for 4 days. Now I don't have fever but I got so much fatigue and leg weakness. I am eating some food now.  Is it normal after typhoid fever? I have attached report below.

Hello sir/mam, Whenever I sit to study on a table chair after bending down for about 15–20 mins for reading/writing, the headache gets triggered and it remains for about 5–6 hours with nausea. I got an eye check-up and it is okay. And the headache also gets triggered with bending down, movement of my head for a certain interval like exercising. Plz help me. I am suffering from this from about 2 years now, not able to study at this peak time

Hello, I recently did a Blood Test. All the parameters are completely normal, but my ALC is 3600. Lymphocyte Differential Count is 42.3%. As per lab report, normal ALC is between 1000-3000 & differential percentage between 20-40. Is this normal or do I urgently need to consult a doctor? Thank you.

From Friday night to till now, I am facing sleep disturbance like suddenly wake up 2/3 times in the middle of the night with no reason, faced nightfall conservative three days. From Friday evening I am feeling weakness, little dizziness, fatigue. I always seems to feel better while lying, sitting.but while walking i feel low in energy. One thing is to add I was having Nervemax D 50/20, doctor prescribed me for 4 months for slip disc injury, full course is completed few days back before this Friday. Any habitual side effects of this withdrawal of this medicine. What is the reason doctors? What to do? I am vegetarian, try eat balance diet, fortified nutritional yeast with vit b12, though not get enough vit d except from milk source.

My father is  79 yrs old, was admitted in a hospital last month with breathing problem after afternoon sleep. ECG, Echo, Chest X-ray, BNP were all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. He was discharged with Voltapraz 20 (empty stomach morning) and Sucral-O after lunch. He has been taking these for 1 month, but still often gets breathing problem after lunch + nap. His motion does not clear fully every day, sometimes only partly, and he also gets stomach pain at times

I have a painful lump at the left side of anus. No redness, nothing visible on the skin. There is a lump that I feel which is painful. It's been a week. The pain is while sitting, walking or when I touch it. should I see a gynaecologist or a physician ? What could it be ?
