In July 2024 due to dr. Suggestion I taken 6 injection of vitamin B complex after injection I took test where my B12 level become 1700 October 14th, 2025 due to my HB low level ( 6.4 g/dl ) another Dr. Suggest me to take Iron, ferritin, serum  b12, peripheral smear all test reports are normal only HB level low ( 6.8)  and B12 level showing high 1062. This Dr. Suggest me to take 7 days IV but again he wrote vitamin B complex injection through IV and Feritas injection 5 ml per day for 7 days through IV. (I already told him in consultation that previous my vit b12 level came high and showed 2024 reports also) My question is that I have already increased level of vit B12 that is 1062 ( last year after B complex injection it was 1700) still why this dr. Given me vitamin b12 injection again? I asked him but he said it's not store in body for long excessive will out with urine but then in within almost 1 year only 650  pg/ml able to  get out of my body. Is he wrong?

My vitamin d and rbc count is showing very low..kindly go through my report and provide me the right medication.

Dear sir/ma'am, I was using Rexipra Forte 20 (Escitalopram Oxalate 20mg + clonazapem 0.5 mg) from last 7 months. Recently, from last 5 days,  I was experiencing hypnic jerks during sleep and also getting dreams during sleep. Kindly suggest why this happens and is there anything to worry about?

I m taking all these medicines today is 1 day I taken nexpro but not give relief m frustrated my ecg and my echo but came normal so is this ok for all medicine it wil not harm me

On 6 july i delivered baby girl and now i feel too much sick i have hogh bp problem i am taking medicine for that and i have seviour headache and dizziness. Yesterday i visited dentist for teeth pain but they said its not related to dentist problem . I have face jlint muscle pain also .pls tell me is dizziness because of that ?

Nowadays I'm feeling more sleepy even after 8 hours of sleep , need to know what kind of doctor do i visit and do i need to get any diagnosis before reaching the doctor. I don't have any previous health issues this is the first time I'm experiencing such issues.

I first got fever and cold at 7 or 8 September then i took medicine from nearby medical on 10 sep and it got okay but after 6  to 7   days i again got fever with cough then i visited doctor and he suggested me these test chest x ray , LFT , CBC , ESR , Widal , Electrolyte. Here below I'm attaching reports and he said my reports are okay and he suggested me cefixime antibiotics for 5 days 2 times a days with pcm 650 mg only when i get fever . I completed my course i felt okay afterward with little to no cough left but now again after 5 6 days im feeling feverish and chest tightness and i checked my fever it was 38.4 something. Kindly suggest me what's wrong why it's happening what should i do next its 2nd time it relapsed And the doctor also last time didn't say much to me he just said ur report is okay he doesn't even looked at my chest x-ray and just prescribed me cefixime and pcm 650 mg for 5 days .

2 months ago I vomited with 1.5 cup blood, some days ago I had severe heart burn and difficulty swallowing. The swallowing difficulty has resolved now. I'm having heartburn from last year. There is some cough in throat during night time. Should I be concerned about esophageal cancer. What are my chances of having it. I dont drink or smoke. I eat veg diet.

Having loose motion from the past 8-9 days. Have gone for a stool examination. Blood detected in the stool occult test. No rbc in stool r/m. CRP is 45 and Hb is 15.5. Current Medicine - Ofloxacin, Doxynec, Loperamide, Pre-Pro Biotic. Is it due to prolonged diarrhea or is there something serious or can it be false positive. Loose Motions are still there. Waiting for Stool culture. Blood detected in Urine also. I have Kidney stone in both Kidneys. RBC 2.6 for urine r/m

I am 27 year old female, my weight is 62 kg, 5.1 ft height. I have been experiencing fast heartbeat and shortness of breath for 4 days. Here are the chest xray and ecg of mine attached. Please see if there is any problem in them. Is it stress related?
