Relapsing Fever and chest discomfort
I first got fever and cold at 7 or 8 September then i took medicine from nearby medical on 10 sep and it got okay but after 6 to 7 days i again got fever with cough then i visited doctor and he suggested me these test chest x ray , LFT , CBC , ESR , Widal , Electrolyte. Here below I'm attaching reports and he said my reports are okay and he suggested me cefixime antibiotics for 5 days 2 times a days with pcm 650 mg only when i get fever . I completed my course i felt okay afterward with little to no cough left but now again after 5 6 days im feeling feverish and chest tightness and i checked my fever it was 38.4 something.
Kindly suggest me what's wrong why it's happening what should i do next its 2nd time it relapsed
And the doctor also last time didn't say much to me he just said ur report is okay he doesn't even looked at my chest x-ray and just prescribed me cefixime and pcm 650 mg for 5 days .

Antibiotics treat the current infection, but do not provide protection against future exposure and infection.
Get blood sugar done and repeat complete blood count.
Share the X ray done.
Next Steps
Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days.
Tab limcee 500mg one morning and one evening for 15 days before meals.
Take more of fresh green vegetables, fruits, nuts.Use honey regularly.

Hrct chest.
Stop pcm
Continue cefexim 200 two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Report seen
Cbc normal
Other lft raised liver enzyme
So change life style n diet plan drastically.
Fever is not related to liver enzyme. Widal negative no typhoid. Esr just deranged.
Electrol normal.

Don't switch to other antibiotics
