Fever after 7 days
Last Tuesday I got diarrhoea with fever (98.4 temperature) joint pain. After I took cetzine and rifagut medicine everything got normal. From yesterday again I got sore throat, cough in chest mussel ache. Temperature (96.5). Before that day I slept in front of two fan with open window. ) is it normal?

Just using fan should not cause fever. Seems you have a throat infection.
Drink warm fluids, do hot saline gargles.
Take tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days.
Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days after meals.
Syp Grilinctus d 5ml every 8 hours for 5 days.
