Cold and fever
Hi dr, am having cold, sore throat, runny nose, headache and moderate fever from last 1 day. And also I have to feed my 3 month old baby. Please suggest the medicine.

It must be viral fever.
You can take paracetamol 650mg on SOS basis.
For cold, steam inhalation twice a day.
For sore throat - lukewarm water + salt gargle twice a day.
Eat clean healthy diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Include fruits.
Take proper rest.

Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals. Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.
Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Light diet, plenty of water n liquid.
