Cold and fever
Hi dr, am having cold, sore throat, runny nose, headache and moderate fever from last 1 day. And also I have to feed my 3 month old baby. Please suggest the medicine.

Tab  paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 days. Tab cetrizine  5mg one morning and one evening for 3 to 4 days. Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule,  2 to 3 times daily.

It must be viral fever. You can take paracetamol 650mg on SOS basis. For cold, steam inhalation twice a day. For sore throat - lukewarm water + salt gargle twice a day. Eat clean healthy diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Include fruits. Take proper rest.

Currently you don’t need any medications for URTI when it’s viral As it’s self limiting Avoid self medication

It seems like Viral URTI. It is usually self limiting and you may not need any medicine except vit C and paracetamol.

It's a viral infection.. dont worry..sleep well and take a healthy  diet and feed your baby With that Rx. T. Cefixime 200mg bd T. Rantac 150 mg OD T. M+ levocetrizine 10 mg OD T. PCM 500 mg SOS For 2 dayz If still have issues. Please let me know.. i will happy to help you ma'am

Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals.  Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days. Light diet,  plenty of water n liquid.
