Dear Doctors I'm a 25-year-old female with a persistent high heart rate (95-105 bpm). I've been experiencing chest pain, left arm pain, and shoulder/back pain. Despite multiple ER visits, my tests (ECG, Echo, TMT, and Troponin) have been done & all the tests were normal I'm concerned about the cause. Could my symptoms be related to anxiety or is there another underlying issue? I'd appreciate your guidance.

My grandmother is around 70 years old. Since the last few days she has been having breathlessness  even while sitting or doing small activities.
