Hi I have one starting one month I take sustain propanol release tablet 20 mg after month I started taking half of it for four months but I got know that we should not take half of it so I take normal proponal immediate release tablet 10 mg twice a day or once a day.twice a day 10 mg propanol immediate release tablet is safe to use or not

I am taking methylcobalmin 1500 mcg tablets from last 1.5 month as my b12 was low 117pg/ml due to which I faced tingling ,numbness,memory loss, anxiety, sleeping problem etc. Initally the symptoms gone away but nowadays I feel more sleepy in day and night . Also, I am taking vitamin d3 per month Should I taper the dose & how can I do that ?

From past few weeks, I feel different like the things are moving with heaviness around eyes cheecks and ears. Nothing moves but feels like heavy.. and after when sat for lunch or anything anxiety is hitting badly. Pls help

I have recently developed ringworm. So, anti fungal was prescribed for it. I had one 100mg capsule 2 hours before drinking first peg of 30 ml . But I stopped at the first peg after remembering that I just had the antifungal capsule. Can it be dangerous? Right now I don't have any issue after 2 hours of this incident just slight burning sensation in the stomach region.

I have been taking telvas 40 mg for 4 years. BP has been around 130/90 since then and it has suited me well after a lot of different meds i tried 4 years ago. Last week i had mild fever, felt cold and it went away. Three days ago i was having bad headache and measured my bp its 140-150/100. And since then its that. How come all of a sudden bp is elevated and its also giving me head heaviness? Should i change telvas 40 to some other or increase dose of telvas 40 since it suited me for many years?

I got my CBC done today and found the mentzer index to be 17.1 Is it a cause to worry? Attaching test report..
