I have been having symptoms of common cold for the last few days. My symptoms include blocked nose, runny nose, sneezing, mild cough, throat irritation and a dull headache. I do not have high fever or breathing difficulty. Please advise suitable medicines and home remedies to recover quickly

Hi I have a question my pulse rate increase with 2-3 minutes of exercise since 7 month but few months before it reach till 170 bpm i have ability I can do beyond that but now it as reaches 155 bpm i have to take rest than start if I do beyond that I feel like I am creating pressure in chest i don't have that ability to do what the reason behind this since 8 months i have anxiety also done echo 8 months ago normal but after 155 bpm why I am not able to do exercise

I had got a routine blood test done in July 2025 which showed my B12 levels to be 177 pg/ml , vit d to be 11.1 ng/dl and Serum iron levels to be 41.5 microgram/dl. - I have taken 1 D-rise capsule per week for 4 weeks now... should i continue taking weekly for another month or elses how do I continue its next course? - I have Neurobion Forte tablets. Is it appropriate and what is the dosage and duration? - is the Serum iron levels concerning or can I try alternate systems of medicine along with above medication? (Madhulai Manapagu- a Siddha medicine for anemia containing primarily pomegranate juice, honey and jaggery)

I want to know alone stress  can cause blockage  in heart or not if someone is in chronic stress  but take proper diet, sleep and have no bp problem

Hello doctor, I have been experiencing a bilateral headache for the past 15 days. My Vitamin D level was 7, so I took an injection. The headache reduced for two days but then returned, possibly due to office screen time. Today, I started Betacap Plus 5 mg, and another doctor had earlier suggested Betacap TR 40. I’m confused about which one to continue. I would like to ask: Could this headache be migraine even though it is bilateral? Should I continue Betacap Plus for the next 7 days, or is Betacap TR 40 more appropriate? Can Vitamin D deficiency or the injection itself cause headaches? Are there other tests or precautions you recommend?

Hi all, I need some guidance. Yesterday I bought an HCG 5000 IU injection called HUCOG 5000 IU. Normally, HCG injection packs include both the powder and the water for mixing, but this HUCOG pack didn’t come with any powder. Does this mean it can be used directly without mixing anything, or do I need to buy the powder separately?
