Dry eyes issues permanently recoverable or not? Facing issues from last 4 months. Lots of doctor visit, medications are going on but there's no relief or found any curing of this problem.

For the past 2 months I've been seeing these flashes of light in the corner of my both eyes occasionally once or twice a day or week (I don't wear any glasses). Last month (19/11/25) I got my eyes checked and the doctor said I've 6/6 vision and there's no retinal detachment in my dilation exam and gave me a few drop for my eyes to keep it wet/moist. The flashes have reduced in a significant manner but I've been facing trouble concentrating for a while like I can't see stripes etc for a while or I will get kind of dizzy. Or looking at my peripheral vision items kinda seems like popping ?¿. And yes I see them moving when I close my eyes in the corner of my eyes.I have a tendency to overthink i barely see any of it outdoors or when I'm with any company but it increases significantly when I'm alone in a room etc. so what should I do? P.s these flashes occur at night mostly after I am awake past midnight or in a dark environment. However, these flashes aren't as bright as they used to be.

My son is 10 years old. We got a eye sight checkup in April 2023 it was '0.5'for left now it became ' '2.75'. Doc suggested myopic lens is it safe to use, for kids or should we use normal lens.

Today while cleaning bathroom titles with bathroom room titles cleaning liquid ..at that time accidentally liquid leaked to my eyes ..so I rinsed my eyes several times with water and now eyes become normal and don't take any irritation..so I need to know my eyes is normal

Which lens is good for cataract surgery? Doctor suggested monofocal and edof lens Which is good among this?

Iam having redness in outer corner of lower eyelid I starts as redness in morning and mild discomfort And then there was white bump qfter 2 days All got settled in 5 days . I juz did warm compress This happened a month ago And now again iam having redness in the same eye in the same place
