I took my son 6 years old for regular eye checkup and found out he has astigmatism. I have attached the prescription. Should he need to wear glasses?

My right eye has been twitching for 4 days. It stops in between and then starts again, especially in the morning right after waking up. I had neck, shoulder, and arm issues, especially on my right side. For that, the doctor has given me these medicines: Thiosyn-4 Napripla 250 Methalfa PF Gabapentin & Methylcobalamin tablets Is the eyelid twitching happening because of these medicines?”

It is for my Elder Brother 54 years old. For the past few months he has swelling below both the eyes when he gets up after sleep. More specifically once he gets up in the morning. He recently has a health check up. Most parameters were normal. Has BP in the range of 140/80 and 150/80. CBC normal. Hemoglobin 14.5. Blood Glucose 91. Lipid profile normal. LDL 126. SGPT 46.30 and Uric Acid 7.5. What can be the reason? Diagnosis important. Last year November 2025 has a cataract operation in right eye. Not using any specs. Please Guide.
