Recently I had a problem of back pain so my physiotherapist suggested protein powder plant based Ayurveda based for overall muscle strength .
I seen the ingredients where soya protein is minimum 10gms .Some people says that soya interfere with thyroid harmone
Please find the image and let me know if one tsp daily consumption is fine ?

If yes, how much qty, how many times in a day and when?
She is having type 2 diabetes from last 10 years and taking istamet 50/500 morning and night. Also taking neuroben once in evening.
No other medications are being taken.
Having joints pain too.
