I have hypothyroidism since 2019 and I'm still on medication but these three days I'm having problem with my throat it feels like I'm having sore throat but it's not exactly like having sore throat I just feel so uncomfortable, what shall I do?

Hi, I am taking Diapride M1 before breakfast and Janumet 50/500 before dinner. My current test shows: Fasting 92 PP 121 HBA1C 6.5 earlier it was 8.5 Please suggest if there is a need of changing doses. I am following diet and doing exercise as well No issue with my body but afraid if these doses will lower the glucose level. Pls suggest if need to change medicine
