Hello doctors, My father is suffering from type 2 diabetes. Doctor has prescribed Reclimet tablet and he has been taking this tablet regularly from last year as doctor advised to continue it. My question is Can he take Glykind M or Diascan M instead of reclimet? Thank you

Recently done blood sugar test in lab h1bc was 5.1 and fasting sugar level was 90 how ever almost every day after 3 hours of morning breakfast feeling very hungry and shakiness during this time measured by sugar level in glucometer and it is in range of 65to 75 which is lower range. My fasting blood glucose comes around 150 while random comes around 120 I am taking Gluconorm sr 1000mg after breakfast and Voglibose 0.3 mg before lunch and dinner. Kindly suggest why is it so? My husband aged about 38 detected diabetic 1 month ago is fasting sugar level was 296 and after meal is 376 after taking medicine and diet now it is 96 in fasting and 160 in after meal.
