What's the relationship between Acidity and B12. Also what is the relationship in between B12 and sugar Does low level of B12 can cas sugar level high. Also if hba1c is 6.1 then 10 hrs fasting 104 and pp 180 is normal

My father has High B. P problem and diabetic too. His fasting sugar is 150.age 80.Few days back he was experiencing headache and pain in right eye. Suddenly his right eye start seeing double objects. C. T Scan and mri brain done. Is this due to High B.P or diabetes.What precaution he will take further?

Doctor has prescribed Ryzodeg 30-70 12units and 14 units morning and night. After noon 1 udapa 5 mg and Tagon M 500mg morning and night. Hb1Ac is 12.6 prior to starting the meds. Diabetic since age 40. Has been using insuman comb 50-50. But now its not available anymore. Can you suggest a more economic alternative to Ryzodeg. We find it a bit costly.
