I am 68 years old female suffering from diabetes for last 24 years . According to last blood report which was done on 13-09-2023 my creatinine level is 1.09 but lab level it should be 0.51-0.95 . GFR is also 55 . Is it a serious matter? I am very much concerned. How can I lower my creatinine level and increase GFR ?

I have diabetes and it has been four days since I have been taking Injection Tujeo- 10 units ; Sitacip M 50/500 twice daily; Mecofol plus once a day. I have been checking my diabates every morning before food. But even after taking injection for four days, it is still staying above 180. Why is my diabetes not getting low? I also have fatty liver and I am taking UDICARE 300 and I also have a little cholesterol for which I am taking Rosubest 10 once daily.

Dear Sir Mam, Yesterday in a routine check up my Thyroid Profile was:- 29 Oct - TSH 7.36  uIU/mL, T3- 0.88  ng/mL, T4-6.98 ug/dL The before night when this test was performed i.e. 28 Oct night I didn't slept for the whole night. Then I got a bit concerned and only tested TSH today on 30 Oct as well after a good sleep last night and the value is 3.93 uIU/mL Does this much variation is feasible or  sleeping well or not sleeping well also mattered. Both the Labs we reputed and NABL CERTIFIED. Reports attached. Please advise.

This is my father's routine check up report. Kindly guide Because he is not taking any medicine. Because before this we were just checking his fasting reading which was always 120-130

Dear Sir/ Mam, A couple of days ago also, I got my Glucose test done i.e. BS Fasting and BS PP 2 Hr and the values are as follows:- BS FASTING - 95 BS Post Prandial 2 Hr- 69 Is that normal? As BS PP 2 HR is less then BS FASTING. My Weight:- 70 kgs Height:- 5 ft 8 inches BP on avg - 110/70 I do brisk walk and exercise 5 days a week. Earlier HOMA test done 5 months ago and it's normal. Report attached. My HBA1C was 5.37%  when done in April  NOTE: GENERALLY I AVOID SWEETS AND HIGH CARBS DIET BUT TODAY BEFORE GIVING BS PP SAMPLE I ATE 8 PURIS & ALOO CHOLA. Please advise.

Dear Sir/Mam, I have been checking thyroid on a regular intervals from  February.See below my Thyroid Level at different times with date - 1. 10 February - TSH 0.35 mIU/L, T3- 87.7 ng/dL, T4-7.9 ug/dL 2. 2 April-  TSH 0.28 mIU/L, T3- 0.79 ng/mL, T4-5.06 ug/dL The again i repeated  the test on 24 June with FREE T3 n FREE T4 n  then it came NORMAL the results are as follows:- 3. 24 June - TSH Ultra-sensitive 3.6  uIU/mL, T3- 2.6 pg/mL, T4-1.11 ng/dL Then again today on 29  Oct i did the Thyroid Panel test again n see the values below:- 29 Oct - TSH 7.36  uIU/mL, T3- 0.88  ng/mL, T4-6.98 ug/dL My T3 n T4 level normal in all with FREE T3 N FREE T4 but the TSH was slightly low on 10 Feb n 2 APR then normal on 24 June BUT high at 7.36 uIU/mL today. Is it normal? Yesterday i didn't slept the whole night plus was stressed while giving sample. Does that matter?? Are these fluctuations normal?? Please advise. Last 2 Thyroid reports done on 24 June and Today Attached herewith. Please help🙏
