Hello my hba1c is 5.7 What does it mean and how can I improve it Plus my HDL is high 67.1 Please explain and suggest the next action

I am 21years old 168kg and my height is 176cm from last 3 months I go for morning walk and I have also increase my daily activities but my food is not on time and no proper sleep and I always feel hungry dont know why if I eat 2 chapatis in lunch after 3 hours I feel hungry and I have recently done blood and urine test for thyroid and everything is normal but still I am not able to lose weight and I am healthy from my childhood but after 5 years I gained weight from 129 -168. So can anyone tell me any real ways to lose weight without harsh side effects because of my weight I feel very low

Hi Sir/Mam, Attached my CGM results for the past 14 days. Please check and advise, if i can manage with good diet(avoiding sugar also) and strengh training...my BMI is 22. I am facing lot of side effects with multiple medicines (Glimepiride, Dapaglipzin, Vildagliptin) like low sugars, Acidity, Low energy, Gas, Bloating etc., for the past 1 year... So wanted to check my daily control with CGM and attached results...it spikes and fluctuates and last 4 days I dint take medicines.am doing system work and WFH.... My HBA1C on Mar 6.4 and July 7.4.. Please help on this...
