Cortisol levels and slow metabolic rate
I'm a 24 y/o girl. I struggle with my weight, along with cortisol levels and slow metabolic rate. I weigh around 88kg, and my height is 5'8.5
I go to the gym regularly, and follow intermittent fasting 18-6 hour.
