I lost 15 kg in 6 months after taking boiled food only veg as I had fatty lever grade 1(jan month) Is it good sign to lose weight from 60 to 45kg, due to improper diet I got mild typhoid also. Please advice what food should I take to maintain my fitness.

Hi sir / madam I am just discharge from hospital after treatmemt of waterly stool...and taking medicine doxy lb, redotil, and probiotic... But I am having morning diarrhea from last 4months and after several test like endoscopy, ctscan, blood test ect didn't find any couse of it ... Hi My wife has sprayed disinfectant spray on the 10 kg bag of wheat flour and 5kg bag of rice from outside due to current pandemic My question is can spraying on packaging of aata (wheat flour) and rice bag, harmful chemicals may reach to food inside
