Hello doctor, My age - 32 Height- 6ft Wieght - 58 kg. I am very thin since birth. Every people makes fun for me. Is there now chances that I put some weight? Around 5 - 10 kgs . Request you to please advise something useful to me 🙏🙏

For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. . Dont skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein in ur diet Add good fat in ur diet . Avoid oily and fried food .
