Need a diet plant to counter hair loss
Hello ,
I am 28 years old . I am facing stage 2 hair fall after covid at that time due to stress. ( not diagnosed with covid) post covid I change my job and I need to travel various places pharma industries in india. So I used to stay in hotel for longer duration as well as having moderate level stress. Also facing gas issue some time.
Now the job is same and due to job I stared living in pune ...and going to stays in hotel for longer time.
Please suggest me good diet plan to counter my hair loss.
Current weight 70kg.
Height is 167 cm
Sedentary lifestyle not getting time to work out as office time is 7.00 am to 7.00 pm some time it goes upto 9.00 pm

Hi.I was 70 kgs in lockdown and with too much exercise and dieting i am not 46 kg.I have lost weight but also became underweight slightly .How can i gain healthy weight like 50-52 kgs without extra belly fat.I want mass in my body but not stubborn belly fat.Also my period come late now can the reason be being underweight?
How can i gain a little weight but not fat in the stomach.
Also i workout,do strength training and 10 min cardio 4-5 days a week.Also how will my normal periods come without being late as befor it was normal but now it comes 5-6 days late every cycle

Hlo sir or mam im 6 feet tall guy 3 months ago my weight was 110 kg while doing running 10. Km everyday and running 2 times in a days and zyming 2 times and completing 18000 steps and burning 800 kcal in 1 days and morning after completing 2 hours In ground and zym im now 86 kg according to my height what will be it my exctual weight

Mostly on bf I take half litle bowl all mixed fruits apple.pomegranate beetroot .carrot .pears .avacado. bluebeery and after fruits I take litle oats with toned milk with honey and after breakfast take greentea and lunch I take 1 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with 1 plate salad and evening I go running and zyming after coming from zym I take greentea and dinner I take 1 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and salad 1 plate 1 egg boiled egg Whites or 1 make 1 egg omlet with olive oil if I fell more hungry can I have carrot Nd guvava it will not gain weight na running 10 km everyday is ok to a normal person

Running 10 km everyday is it ok to run
My name is sahil im 6feet 2 inch tall guy living in Kuwait working in a hotel as a restaurant manager previously 2 month ago i came india on my vicattion my weight was 110 kg now im 90 kg getting up morning 4 am take hot water lemon honey in the morning than then get hit for a running and run 8 km in the morning continuously without any break gap than go it for zyming and spend 1 hours time and than come back home take half bowl fruits with apple.pomegranate carrot .beetroot. bluebeery. Avacado. Oranges. Mosambi and than take breakfast oats with honey than later 1 hours i take greentea and than i take beetroot juice lunch i take boil vegetables with salad and multigrain roti 3 pcs thah in evening go again for running and run 2 km again in evening and go for zyming again and completing 1 hours in zym and than come back home drink some fluids and take greentea and in dinner i take boil vegetables and salad and white egg and than go for brisk walking. is it ok to run this
