My son has undergone surgery,when he was 45 days after birth,surgery was to clear blockage of urine in left side,it was clear on that time. But now report showing that mild hydrouteronephrosis in right side Below the report given in image as 3 year before report and current report.

Today I observed that my son has some swelling on the left side of penis. There is no discomfort or irritation or pain, just a swelling. We had applied mustard oil on it in order to maintain the cleanliness. Please advice what is this. I am attaching the photo of it.

My son was having frequent allergic cough n cold and was advised omnicortil syrup 2 times daily for 3 days and after that he started respistrong sachets, after steriod course finished, his motions have increased after drinking respistrong for 2 days, and he is quite sleepy now a days, this never happened, any of the two medicine caused any side effect?

Accidentally I have been using vitamin d drops of deksel vitamin d drops 60000IU instead 400IU for my Months old baby since 3months. (I should be used 400IU). Do it effect baby or any other side effects for baby. Any problems?
