Regarding mild hydrouteronephrosis.
My son has undergone surgery,when he was 45 days after birth,surgery was to clear blockage of urine in left side,it was clear on that time. But now report showing that mild hydrouteronephrosis in right side Below the report given in image as 3 year before report and current report.

Surgery corrects the structure Not the physiology So some back pressure persists At present the right one is not significant But need to do repeat USG once a year

Currently nothing to do with this report But get urine analysis every 3 monthly Usg 6 monthly Or get uti prophylaxis if recurrent uti symptoms present
