Child Health Issues

Since birth, Baby has been active, feeding very well & overall is a happy baby. She follows the objects with her eyes, when we show her things, she gets excited and plays with them too, but just doesn't try to reach out for them consciously & has been moving right arm of hers vigorously when excited since about a week. She is rolling over to her left from back to tummy& pivoting on her tummy actively, grasps things when we give it to her & takes them to mouth, unintentionally grasps whatever is lying around her. During pregnancy I had some issue with the placenta hence the baby had IUGR. I delivered her at 37w1d via C Section as the Dopplers were deranged - CPRR & Fetal MCA had dropped. Baby cried immediately after birth. birth weight- 2.6kgs. Current weight- 7.5kg I am concerned if she has some sort of issue or is this all normal as everywhere it's mentioned that baby is supposed to be reaching for objects by now otherwise I need to visit her Neuro specialist Paediatrician.

Sir/madam my son is 2yrs old. He was born on 16 th may 2023. Which tooth paste is better for him with flouride or without flouride? He don't know how to spit after brushing. Thank you

Hello, my daughter has diarrhea/loose stools since 2 days. Doctor prescribed the Enterogermina 5 ml bottle/pack twice a day, but still the diarrhea/loose stools not reducing. Let me brief; On Tuesday my daughter got Vaccinated (2 years completion vaccine) at that time itself she had mild cold so Doctor gave Relent + syrup and almost the cold got reduced, and on Friday she had mucus on throat but no running nose, so we gave Ventimox CV dry syrup for that mucus, Friday we gave Ventimox CV syrup twice and mucus also reduced but at midnight she vomited and from Saturday onwards diarrhea/loose stools started. Now, we are giving Enterogermina. As we used Enterogermina for 2 days and still the baby has diarrhea. Please advise how many days diarrhea will last and can we continue Enterogermina for another day? Thanks in advance.

My baby will complete 3rd month on 28th of june her weight is only 4.2 during birth her weight was only 2.35 is that ok ?she is on breastfeed .

My 3 month old baby have fever 101°C today. His sibling had fever 2 days back for no reason. Today he also have fever. 3 week ago i have done his ear piercing and still little amount of pus coming. I used O2 bact cream and betadine powder. This fever could be because of infection how to recognise? When need to go to pediatrician personally?

Hello dr , my 1 year baby consistently strains while pooping for a few months( after starting solids) sometimes like hard pebbles and sometimes it's normal and he will poop every alternative day. Nowadays he poop  hard stool first  and then normal in small portions( mostly three times a day) and he has urine reflux grade 2.

My 5 and half months baby got fever with loose motion (green undigested stool) 6 times in 8 hours. Every time Doctor recommend antibiotics.. till now I have given him 4th time antibiotics course. Plz suggest any alternative of antibiotics. As antibiotics have side effects ..plz advice

My daughter had high fever and loose motion started at day3 now it's 6th day and today also after 18 hour's of gap fever came back gave her ibugestic plus to reduce her doctor prescribed her iron supplement that she can take after healing from diarrhea can I start zinc supplement as well how much should I give her. I am giving entergrmina for diarrhea now

Shool in potty from last 20 days ,some days number of potty increases to 5 -7 times but daily 2-3 times minimum. Medicine given O2M and neopeptine. Not giving cow milk. Started giving horlicks
