Chest & Breathing Problems
Tightness in throat and suffocation
I feel tightness in my throat only in the evenings and shortness of breath and suffocation while I sit down and even while eating my dinner. Even after I walk for more than 15 mins outside my house I feel tightness and wheezing in my chest and throat for a few minutes but while walking and working at home i don't get tightness in my chest. After walking outside and I come home and relax and take the inhaler and deriphyiliin, I feel relieved . I m taking a seroflo 120 inhaler once only and deriphyiliin r 150 in the evenings to get some relief. I need proper medicine for this. Please prescribe proper medicine for my problem as I did PFT TEST, CHEST PA XRAY AND ECG AND 2D ECHO CARDIO SCAN, all my reports are normal.

Allergic Rhinitis and Psoriasis?
Hi, i am suffering from allergic rhinitis, frequent cold, sneezing, post nasal drops from childhood, will this cause Psoriasis and severe hair fall ( nearing to crown baldness) ? Or vice versa?
Currently using Protar K Scalp solution alternate days as shampoo, Dosetil lotion at night from last 2 weeks but still small pimple and itching scalp continue to exist. Can I get my lost hair back? Pls suggest if am taking the right treatment and what is the possibility of hair regrowth and duration to cure this problem??? Pls reply in detail. Thanks

Unknown persistent coughing
My mother has persistent dry coughing everyday since about a year, not continuous but frequently in a day at times. No phlegm or cold symptoms.
1)Her chest xray , PFT, echocardio are normal on routine check.
2) She is recently diagnosed with TSH of 10 and liver disease. She does have stomach issues and anemia.
3)About a year ago, we had a family member with swine flu and mother had symptoms but was not tested and was given antibiotics based on symptoms.
*What can be the cause, treatment, and whom to consult??

Which soap you recommend to wash spacer?
Doctor, I am 28 years old male with asthma. I want to clean my spacer.
Internet shows these two are best baby-safe options:
1. Pigeon Liquid Cleanser (200 ml, Green)
Ingredients: Purified water, coconut-based cleaning agent, glucose, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, ethanol.
2. Chicco Liquid Cleanser (500 ml)
Ingredients: Aqua, Caprylyl/Myristyl Glucoside, Sodium Citrate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glycerin, Decyl Glucoside, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate.
Both are food-grade and kill 99.99% bacteria.
Are these safe for cleaning my spacer? Which one do you recommend?
Instead of these, do you suggest any other?
What do you usually recommend to your asthma patients?
