My father of age 47 and weight 97kg and height 5'6 is having a cough for a long time now like more than 8 Months because of this his stomach and his face is swollen up and is all facing breathing problems because of it. He was a smoker but he stopped after this cough thing. He has sleep apnea. What should I do I searched online and got to know that it must be of right heart failure. And also while coughing some type of dark thick bubbly  fluid comes out of his mouth which is not phlegm .

Hi all, I had a lung infection in February. My pulmonologist advised flu and pneumonia vaccines, but I have a recurrent UTI (3 years now), and my doctor said I must wait until that’s treated. Cystoscopy and biopsy are planned, but it may take 2 more months. I use Foracort 200 and always wear a mask. I travel a lot to the hospital (long distance), and I’m scared I might get another lung infection before I can take the vaccines. Any tips to protect my lungs during this time?

I had pleural effusion in right lund 6 months before. I am taking medications of tb from 6 months and now my tb treatment is ending but when I deep breate a pain occur in right lung. Xray shows improvement in pleaural effsuion. second thing when I started tb treaent my weight is 60 but now my weight is 55 . Weight not increasing. One thing more..
