Chest & Breathing Problems

This is my test report. Is it too infectious?. What is that 31 mean. Is it bad? Please I am tensed..

I had one sleep study where I become very anxious and was unable to sleep. I have another one scheduled , can I take sleep medicine or will it affect diagnosis? I have OSA or UARS

My father aged 67yrs old on prescribed  medicine seroflo 250 and fexomin m...since a week has cough and sneezing is due for covishield 2nd dose...can he take the vaccine or should wait

I need help from someone who can make me understand the report attached. It has been take from home base sleep apnea test hence reading percentage is not confirm with the polysomnography test at hospital.

I did an rtpcr COVID test which came back negative. But I am still having wheezing in chest and coughing (not a lot) since 4-5 days. No fever or anything else. The difficult in breathing is not a lot but wheezing is there. I have ashtma and i take serflo 250 inhaler as needed (not more than 10-15 times a year Max). 5 days ago i had a bad allergy attack. What to do?

I had 2 CT Scans with a gap of 4 months(during covid and post covid phase? Can they harm anytime later in life ?

I have been detected with TB ,can i take head bath? Also is sunlight bad for TB patients? Please suggest.

Currently i am in high altitude suffering from mild breathing trouble and sore throat. Doctor suggested azithromizine since i am facing breathing issue now can I now take azithromizine and acetazolamide together? Is there will be any interaction of these two medications?

My mother tested covid positive and today is day 7 of fever. Blood reports are almost normal (CRP-7) and Spo2 is 99% with no fever. She is feeling pain in chest while coughing (dry). Will chest xray help or should we go for HRCT?

I tested positive for covid 19 yesterday. I had fever cough n cold since 3days.lmy pulmonologist prescribed me some medicine. My Ct thorax showed no lung involvement. My only concern is pulseoxymeter reading...yesterday it was 99,98 blue in color... Today it is also 99,98 but colour is change blue to red... What does it mean... Even I feel better than yesterday.
