Chest & Breathing Problems

I hear some bubble or something like that in my nose and near lungs area while breathing. Mostly when I breathe out. I have severe congested nose and cough for past one week. I am taking medicines for cough. No fever. Cough and nose blocked.  Nasal congestion and sinus pain.  Head cold too. If I lay down and breathe, I hear that bubble sound every time. Is this beacuse of cough and nose blocking? I used to get cold and cough before and that used to resolve soon. This sound while breathing is new and worried about it. Nose is completely blocked and throat is congested too. I have to cough up the mucus all the time. Post nasal drip throughout the day. This nose congestion and the bubbling sounds while breathing out since last week. Is this sound while breathing out common with sinus congestion and pain? Never had this before. Is this something serious?

Sir, My PFT test indicates, " Mild restriction as ( FEV1/FVC) %pred> 95 and FVC%pred < 80. Is it normal sir? Your suggestion is required as it is pre employment medical test. Is it acceptable as per fitness criteria?

I am facing breathing difficulty in morning attached with right side chest pain with Thick yellow mucus cough. Feeling fever an weight loss. Today is so much worsening the situation feeling sweat and not had had my breakfast. I am also taking gastrointestinal medication.

I had viral fever month back . Cold and cough also.. Cold subsided in a week.. But cough still there.. Dry cough.. Some days I get it occasionally.. Some days it's more..I don't know the trigger.. First time am having cough almost for a month.. Am not getting it while sleeping fortunately.. Especially while eating and talking.. Please say if it's a concern or will go on its own.. Thanks

Mother/63 old , having regular cough over 2 months, despite taking medicines , nothing reduced and this week took a x-ray too(attached), but he said nothing wrong. Kindly advice. Meanwhile she is taking Telma 40(0-0-1) for high blood pressure, Tachyra 100mg (0-0-1/2) for Arrythmia (PVCs)

Hi i suffered from typhoid since last 4 month from that time my chest is congested tightness and feeling infected from chest. When I breathe I feel weak sometimes I feel difficulty in breath from past two days my lymph nodes are swelling under jaw and around ear , nose is also congested ,stomach ache is also there can anybody please tell what I am suffering from because I have tested fro typhoid but now it is negative

I did chest x ray and doctor said little bronchitis, doctor suggest to do chest ct scan high resolution  and report shows nospecific small pulmonary nodules size 3.9 mm in apical segment of left lower lobe other wise no other significant abnormality found.what does it mean please suggest me.

I am under ATT treatment ( DOT). My lymph node aspiration is done two times. Culture and DST MTB derected and sensitive to all first line and 2nd line drug. After pus aspiration, lymph node swelled again. Is it normal? Plz help me . Plz check attached scrrenshot. I am taking medicine under DOT. Previous history : TBM. So last 1 yr 3 months i am under treatment and tb lymph node i noticed last month.
