Small nodule in left lower nobe
I did chest x ray and doctor said little bronchitis, doctor suggest to do chest ct scan high resolution  and report shows nospecific small pulmonary nodules size 3.9 mm in apical segment of left lower lobe other wise no other significant abnormality found.what does it mean please suggest me.
