Can doctor tell if its 100%cancer seeing endoscopy and ct scan, blood work. Before biopsy?? Also is stomach cancer common?? In India?? In south india??

My dad had mild stomach pain. So he got admitted to hospital. Ill attach the biopy report. He has cholesterol and bp issue. Il attach colonoscopy too. Ct scan shows all organs normal except Please tell me is it cancer?? What stage?? Curable?? Survival rate?? Please

Sir , I am suffering from throat pain from 3 months.doctor has conducted endoscopy and tells redness in throat .Another doctor has done ultrasound neck.I am attaching the reports sir.whenevr I take antibiotics I am getting pain in armpit and groin area sir.i am attaching my blood report also .sir what's the exact problem I couldnnt understand.please someone get me out of this problem sir.

Sir I have throat pain .doctor prescribed me Amoxicillin clavulante tablets.i am taking them but when I started to take them I am getting pain near groin area and armpit area...is this anything serious ..should i continue the medication or not

Hi Doctor, myself rizwana I am very concerned about my health. I just wanted to confirm, as 1 of my family physician told me that it is similar to cancer. I need your help doctor. I will be having frequently fever, cold, abdominal pain, past a year ago I had my hand ache which will get swollen and pain still. I feel so tired and dizziness and on my body i found some red patches.. and my back will pain like a hell. Hello doctor advised me for ct coronary angiography and hrct chest but I am afraid of getting cancer from the radiation, from these scans which are 17 msv and 5 msv respectively. I am 26 years old what are the chances after scans of cancer ??

CBC all ranges are normal, my ESR is 25. Does this indicate any serious concern? I have intermittent chest pains. Echo and TMT are normal. Should I take further diagnosis ?
