Plz check the reports.. the patient ( my brother)undergone chemo cycles before but cancer relapsed again n metasized Now undergoing chemo again but he has lost will to live...every chemo session makes him more weak n worse. He cant stand or eat anything.. . Its difficult to see him like this We are coming close to make a devastating decision whether to keep chemo continue n prolong life or withdraw it and let him have quality of life than quantity. Why to let him die at hospital weak n sick if we can take him home and have some last gud Months together! What do u think?

Sir today I got my biopsy report which confirms cancer Can you tell me what should I do now Is it possible to have surgery or should I go for chemo Sir please tell me the truth is it curable or not I am totally depressed Please sir guide me I am sending my all test that i done till now

There is sore throat, which comes and goes off and he is diagnosed with allergic pharyngitis as per ENT and there is swelling on both sides and rashes of red on it and he is on allergic medication since 2 months and also he used to drink and smoke, please suggest your opinion on it or shall we change our current ENT specalist, he does not have problem with drinking and eating , I have attched the pic of throat

My grandfather he hace cough from last 6 months and he taking the treatment too but no use taking multiple tests but not at all saying anything in proper way and this month we took COVID test to which is negative and aFter he asked to take CT scan the report was abnormal than to he not saying anything and now again he asking for COVID test but he don't have any symptoms for the same and I think the doc is not good so I trying to change the hospital janm attaching the CT scan report plz say what in that and my grand father use to smoke 10 yrs before he was a chain smoker

Hi doctor, there is sore throat since more than 2 months and there is swelling on both sides of throat, exactly near to arch, pic is attched and there is rashes on it, I do not have trouble kn eating ans drinking, please suggest and advice, j have met with ENT and they say it's normal and don't worry plz advice as what k have to do and they say it's allergic pharyngitis but its not effective

Sir i have small lump below the ear and near the jaw portion I visited an ent specialist He done panendoscopy and said this is not affecting the inner organs like ear or the throat or the food pipe. Than he had taken the blood test of the affected portion. The report is given in attachment Sir can you guide what should we regarding this As I have no problem of any kind like in eating, hearing or anything else I have this lump from last one month And sometime it disappear and after 1 or 2 days it suddenly came back with little bit of irration in ear. I was noticing a very slight colour change in my upper centre abdomen and when I push it with finger I noticed a cyst. But when doctor physically examined it they didn't find any. Still they get 9 test done (USG W/A, USG Scrotum, Blood Tests (5), Urine R/M & Urine C/S) just to make sure of things. In here I am attaching the screenshot of report where I would like your help. In the report it's written as LIVER IS BORDERLINE ENLARGED IN SIZE (15.7cm) AND SHOWS INCREASE IN PARENCHYMAL ECHOGENICITY SUGGESTIVE OF GRADE 1 FATTY INFILTRATION. BORDERLINE HEPATOMEGALY WITH GRADE 1 FATTY LIVER. Please help me comprehend this. Sir, I just wanna know do I have to be concerned about this report?
