Normal stool but little hard sometime my stool colour is changing sometime yellow sometime brown sometime little blck not too black wht is the problem and i dont eat iron meds is this sign of colon cancer

Hi , my grandmother is suffering from lung cancer stage 4 . She is so thin and week for chemotherapy , is there any other treatment for her. Please suggest.

My grandmother is feeling difficult to breathe from last 4 months , we took her to hospital in Vijayawada, doctor said there neumonia in lungs . So he took all water through syrenge and sent a sample peice for biopsy. I attached biopsy report here. She is very thin,  Please suggest type of treatment and best hospital in Hyderabad, Vijayawada or warangal.
