Hello sir mam I have mild AEC 580 With High uric acid 7.42 WBC 11600 Stool test show Puc cell Mucus Veg matter Urine also show Some puc cell And epithelia cell I am worried beacause I have tried too many medicine Please help

Neck pain Jaw pain Ear pain Back pain Pain below left rib AEC is 580 Uric acid 7.42 WBC is 11600 Stool test Pus cell 1-2 Hapehyray 1-2 Mucus + Veg matter++ Urine also show pus and epithelia 1-2 Symptoms are for 6-7 months now Taken too many medicine Not properly diagnosis Please help for early diagnosis

Histopathology:Right posterior tonsillo-lingual sulcus biopsy:Gross: Received multiple greyish white soft tissue pieces together measuring 1.5X1.05 cm. All blocked in BX1104A/20.Micro: section from right posterior tonsillo-lingual sulcus biopsy shows multiple fragments of tissues malignant tumor arranged in sheets, nest & islands of large polyhedral cells with pleomorphic & hyperchromatic nuclei with prominent nucleoli. Individual cell keratinisation & occasional keratin pearls present. Mitotically active bizarre forms seen.Opinion:well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma right posterior tonsillo-lingual sulcus biopsy.CT scan: CECT NECT & CT- CHEST WITHOUT IV CONTRAST: Heterogenously enhancing mass lesion in the right posterior base of tongue & tonsiller fossa with relations and extentions and right cervical lymphadenopathy as described.Left upper lobe collapse with fibro atelectatic and calcific changes in bilateral lungs. Small 4X3mm nodule in postier basal segment of lower lobe.

The patient is 80 years, so kindly advise the best treatment, considering her fitness and age. Will homeopathy or allopathic works better in her case.
