Treatment is radiation therapy, usually chemotherapy is not given at age of 80 ,

Base on the above report the patient has Cancer of a region called Oropharynx with spread to neck nodes..
The primary treatment for this region Cancer is Radiation with additional chemotherapy based on the fitness of the patient
