My mother tlc count ws decreasing with no reason and mild fever always come and go per day, and bp is also low so that in hed it causes dizziness what is the treatment to cure?

Can stomach tumors be detected through sonography Itself...? If there is tumor on whole periphery of wall of stomach or any kind..? Which type of tumor can be detected, if it's possible to detect through sonography?

My mother is suffering from ovarian cancer of third stage. Now she got second round of chemotherapy. She is feeling burning sensation near abdomen region which is swollen due to tumor and getting shivering also. Even when she is going washroom her toilet seems burning.
