Greetings. Hope you all are doing good. Thank You for your services. Last year onwards when the pandemic started, I have been reading Google a lot on minor and major symptoms of the human body. My question is why everything turns out to be Cancer on Google??? Sorry for asking a foolish question.

It's a very common problem now a days.
Body has limited symptoms for every disease so they overlap. That's why it's always advisable to follow your doctors because thay have experience.
