What does all these tmb - low , msi - stable and pdl1 negative means for a stage 4 breast cancer? can patient survive without immunotherapy ad it cost v high?

Im Suffering Chronic Granular Pharyngitis Since 21jan 2020 and i have lymph node enlarge problem whole body parts exm:- armpit, both neck, chest, abdomen,legs, both arms etc. My Question What % Chance Lymph node enlarge can Cancer??? or please suggest me some medicines please help me sir or mam. in poor

I have had wide Glossectomy and modified neck dissection on 23 Dec of 2020. Now i am suffering from cervical lymphadenopathy since last four months. I have the USG Neck doppler test reports done at the interval of two months. My oncology team says that my enlarged neck nodes(level 5) are reactive and do not display any malignant features. I got my tonsillitis swollen for more than 2 months. And sometimes I suffer difficulties in swallowing. So my concern is that can these are the symptoms of throat cancer or it is of bacterial or viral infection. Also I've sores on back of my back of throat.

I have supraclavicular lymphnode Enlargement on left side 0.6mm and on right side o.4mm,     o.1mm Enlargements. Recently I had throat pain,sinus infection and now also I am suffering with severe allergic rhinitis and continous postnasal drip?these lymphnodes are there from several years approximately more than 6 years.these reduce in size when no infection and increase in size when there is infection.do I need to worry about these lymphnodes?
