Brain and Spine Problems

Hi All, I have been experiencing frequent headaches, primarily on the left side, along with nausea, dizziness, and sensitivity to sunlight, sounds, and smells. I also feel pain behind my eye socket and on the left side of my face. Additionally, if I focus on something for a prolonged period, my vision becomes blurry. I am also struggling with memory and recall difficulties. Currently, I am taking Nepra D500 and Amitriptyline 10 mg. Attaching my MRI Reports. Respected sir/madam, My mom ,P.N.Mani MRI report reads " l4 l5 posterior annular tear . diffuse disc bulge causing moderate spinal canal stenosis and bilateral inferior neural foraminal stenosis" and her nerve conduction report shows Demyelination and lumbar radiculopathy more on right side and decreased nerve conduction of sural nerve,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on right side and decreased sural nerve conduction on left side .She could not walk without support especially outside and there is no grip when she walks on  footwear .Could you please help her with medications/steroids or further treatment guidance? She is non diabetic,but has high BP, bronchitic asthma, distended bladder and sensitive stomach.

I had my top of head feel heavy and pulsating..vertigo on left side ..can't focus on anything...I can't do simple daily activities...it cause my head pulsating and shaking...what can I do

Having work related stress and anxiety. Sometime i feel anxious and head is spinning. I have been diagnosed with High Bp and taking Losar 25 mg. I also got my BRAIN MRI done few months back for which report has been attached. I am concerned if it is only related to Bp and stress or something else. Please check report.

My mother has been in Parkinson for more than 5 years. She is taking 4 medicines in a day. Now I think she is losing her balance of walking. Will homeopathy or ayurveda works in that sickness

Since couple of years I'm facing intermittent issue when I wake up in morning I'm not able to get out of bed, my muscles on hand and legs are fatigue and no power to lift myself up. I'm using orthopedic mattress and with any solid object support like stool, table I'm able to pull myself up, this happens mostly on the morning and goes away in 20 to 30 min. this issue is on off. currently due to baby is small we're sleeping on the ground without bed and only mattress and it's very hard to get up, until i get stool support I'm not able to get up/walk ankle muscles are also fatigue which makes it hard to walk and if I go in speed my ankle might trust in opposite direction, similarly cannot lift any heavy object, but this is only 20 30 min issue then all is normal. let me know in your diagnosis and which doctor to consult.

My feet startet having burning sensation few days ago. The TB doc told me to stop one med. It still burns a lot. I can't sleep at night because of it. Ive taken Vitamin b12 meds and had gebapentin they don't work. I don't know what to do. I did sugar test it came negative I don't have diabetes

I had Epigastric Pain radiating to back and constipation for nearly 2 years. I have done Laparoscopic Surgery in December 2024 for release of Celiac Artery Compression in the Epigastric region. I didn't have any pain for 1 month. But after 1 month of surgery, I again started feeling the same severe continuous pain in the Epigastric region and the pain is radiating to the back. The pain becomes severe in back sleeping position. Also again having irregular bowel movements after arrival of this pain. CT scan and Endoscopy taken in February 2025 shows everything is normal. What may be the reason for this pain? Is there possibility of Nerve Damage in the Epigastric Region? Is there any test to find out Nerve Damage?

Namasthe sir/ madam, I am suffering from severe back pain since 3 weeks. Since last week after playing cricket, my pain got worsen on my buttocks and became very difficult to perform daily activities. In addition to that I feel weakness and numbness in right leg toe .. some times pins and needles in left toe. Kindly help me with the problem and pls explain me the reason for my weakness in leg and pins and needles in another leg. Will I be normal again ??!!?? I'm very much tensed regarding the issue. I went to mri ls spine but can't be in that scan machine because of that sounds and vibrations.
