Chronicmigraine-and-fasting. Advice?

I have chronic migraine, but recently, they have worsened. My head and neck hurt constantly, and the only time I feel relief is when I am asleep. This makes studying difficult, and the stress of not being able to focus triggers more migraines. I have an important competitive exam in April and worry about how fasting for Ramadan might affect my condition. Is it safe for me to fast? If so, how can I manage migraines during fasting? Please suggest medication timing, diet, or lifestyle changes that may help. Your advice would mean a lot.

Water discharge from nose

My brother in law had an accident 18 days back, he was on a ventilator for a few days and discharged after 15 days. He has the skull and multiple fractures on face. Nuro surgeon suggest that it will heal by there own. Now after 2 day discharge from the hospital, the patient has a runny nose, water is dropping from the nose. We visited the doctor and suggested some tests(ct cisternogeaphy and discharge test) and told  this may be leakage for any fracture and this requires some surgery. Please suggest which surgery is required and we can see a ent or how serious it is

Intermittent Loss of Internal Sensation

Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing intermittent episodes where I feel a loss of my internal bodily awareness. For example, when I run quickly, my heart rate increases and I experience palpitations, yet during these moments, I also feel a kind of numbness or disconnection from my internal sensations. Additionally, when I focus on my breathing during these episodes, I sometimes feel as if I am having difficulty breathing, although this sensation usually resolves after a short time. I have also noticed occasional moments of reduced balance, where I feel as though I might trip. I sometimes feel tightness or squeezing in my head. At times, my heart rate suddenly increases, which appears to be accompanied by a feeling of panic. I do not have any known breathing issues, but I am concerned that these symptoms may be related to stress, potential spinal issues, or another underlying condition. It may be relevant that I work as a software developer, which requires sitting for long.
