My knee burning was started in November. While i am playing badminton it was started for right leg. Mistakenly my left leg hit table . Due to this my left leg also burning. I had ankle pain for that I took prp treatment. But it was not reduced. My 2 foots are numming when I sit for more time.

Hi, I can feel pain in certain areas of my arms and legs. Like the outer elbow muscle, upper arm and triceps region. It's more like soreness when I press them. Also, my left thumb shivers and day before the right index finger was shivering and went heavy for a few seconds and went away. I have a sedentary lifestyle, and I work mostly on my laptop and mobile. No diabetes or BP or thyroid. Overweight and has a bit of high cholesterol. Even the upper/side calf and lower calf pains on most days and yesterday had pain on my right hamstrings. All these feel more like muscle pain. I have lost around 10 kgs and recently started seeing a lot of veins on my arms and legs. I am taking weekly VitD3 doses for last 10 weeks Please help, why is this happening.

Accessory navicular bone with inflammatory changes.. i had injury in my ankle 2 months back.. for past one month im taking treatment.. using ankle binder.. Dr. Suggested healing period is 2 months and injury seems moderate level.. its been one month still im having pain... will this completely heal in said two months without having future complications... im not comfortable while walking in ankle binder feeling pain since it is tight.. is this common...
