Hello doctors a nail and screw was inserted in right medial condyle of my son on 2nd may 2022 and nail was removed on 24 june 2022 and screw removal was scheduled on may 2023 but during removal screw got broken and further removal was left pending. Kindly suggest is the removal risky and urgent. Operating consultant said reason of breaking implant it's bad quality Kindly suggest urgency of it's removal and procedure will be a great help. attaching latest x ray file above Regards

5years ago my right hand got fractured. Due to snake hood cast for 45 days , some of the muscles around shoulder joint, neck and lower back got diminished. The main problem is , I'm having problem placing my right shoulder blade in position and engage right type of muscles while performing some simple exercises. I found out this problem recently when i tried to join a gym. Our Trainer advised me to consult a doctor. But don't know exactly what specific doctor i should look for. I need to visit a doctor who can find out what muscle(s) is not engage and teach me some exercises to make by body balanced again. Please help me I'm very confused and can't even feel some muscles around shoulder.
