Hello sir / ma'am, I doing a sitting job for 8-9 hrs everyday and have a Moderately active lifestyle. I am suffering for lower back pain on side only from past 2 months. Pain increased in morning time and forward bending. I get relief from pain while taking NSAIDs (etoricoxib or piroxicam) and as soon as I stop taking these medicines, the pain re appears. pls advice

I have swelling on right hand palm near fingers. Seems like a ganglion as per I have consulted with doctor. They have given me medicine at that time that was reduced but not completely gone. Hello doctor As I am having pain in knee, elbow and neck. When I did blood test, my vitamin D Is 7.3 and doctor asked me to take UPRISE D3 60 k twice a week. Is it safe to take two tablets in one week.. Also please let me know whether it should be consumed together or on two days in a week. Thanks

My lower lip is coming out with flat cheekbones and recessing jaw which seems like lower lip and jaw is hand when see from sideways apart from that my face is becoming too unattractive that I feel like I m losing my charm which I used to have , my both cheekbones are also very flat with visible lines on both the upper cheekbones. Whenever i start walking on daily basis..whenever i want to set my routine. After a day or 2 my left leg calf n feet start to pain. Which force me to stop my routine. What to do. I just feel the pain when i start brisk walk. Otherwise ok. What to do?? What is the problem?

Hello Sir/Mam, my mother had a wrist fracture and did K Wire Surgery. After 1 month, K Wire removal was done. During the removal of K Wire from my Mother's wrist, it was really painful for her, but doctor said it's not painful. But after this entire process was done and coming back home she is experiencing pain while lifting lightly her hand. Doctor suggested painkiller for 10 days. Morning it's still paining. How many days this pain will be there? It's really frustrating for my mother for experiencing this pain. What to do?

I feel pain on both knees, specially while running and long sitting since 4 months. My Uric acid report is normal.
