Vertebrae gap reducing
Hi, my vertebrae gap is reducing in the upper back region which causes upper back pain and stiffness. I wanted to know is this a lifelong disease or fully curable through medicines or any other treatment. Please let me know what treatments will help me. The back pain is usually mild which isn't that often. Will I be able to play basketball, dance and do other activities?
Thank you for whatever help you provide.
