Severe tail bone pain , pain in calf muscles , knees feeling tired feet feel heavy and pain in front thighs what is happening !!! It's been going on forc5 days now please help

There is pain in index finger unable move proximal phalange it's been weeks it is still the same there is pain as well

I have been having pain near tailbone when I sit. Attached xray. Ortho doc said that it's angulated and you're suffering from coccydynia. Can you please see this? Is there any treatment for this apart from painkillers? Please help me. I have tried painkillers already and the pain is mainly when I sit :(

Hi Doctors, My wife is suffering from severe back pain, which also travels down from her back to hip things, calfs, and ankle. We did the MRI which shows big disc bulge a. We contacted the orthopedic, and they asked for rest and some pain medicines and also suggested surgery. We want to avoid surgery. Can someone suggest if this will be treated without surgery over time and how long will it take. Thanks in advance.
