Hi Doctors,
My wife is suffering from severe back pain, which also travels down from her back to hip things, calfs, and ankle. We did the MRI which shows big disc bulge a. We contacted the orthopedic, and they asked for rest and some pain medicines and also suggested surgery. We want to avoid surgery. Can someone suggest if this will be treated without surgery over time and how long will it take.
Thanks in advance.
