Chronic pain at right ankle/lower leg
Hi Doctors,
I had a ankle twist 7 years ago.. But after that I always have little uncomfortable in my right ankle.. So unable to keep it in the right position while sleeping.. Else I will feel some kind of pain at the lower leg/ankle. Not severe pain, but all the muscles at the area feels like bulging or infammed. I have been suffering from this last 7 years.
I feel like the positioning of my leg itself changed a little. Also when ever I take CBC test, I see my ESR levels are high.. Recent test shows that 1 hr sedimentation rate is 50..
Kindly let me know if this can be cured or not. Thank you for helping.

I have knee twist and instability 4yr ba
Confused with rheumatoid and orthopaedic issue...
I have taken 3 MRI, no ligament tear, increased cartilage signal seen in lateral facet of patella, grade 2 chrondamalacia patella, mild ACL edema, very minimal knee joint effusion extending into suprapatellar bursa and recess
My problem is
Getting knee weakness and knee joint locks or stiffness in lef knee lateral side and swelling in knee joint,
Doctor says IT band strain and tendinitis of knee joint,
I can feel if not doing physiotherapy getting swelling and IT band, i may think any arthritis or over used knee joint injury,
But I have done all RA rheumatoid test, came negative but rheumatologist says serronegative ra, orthopaedic says normal and nothing..
Am confused about what to do..

Distal Fibula fracture
On 5th November I had twisted my ankle and I fell down. The following day I visited the doctor and after an x-ray, the doctor told me I had distal Fibula fracture. I was on plaster for 5 weeks 3 days. After cutting the plaster another x-ray was done and the doctor said a small part of the crack is yet to be healed. He asked me to try walking but I still had pain. So he has now asked me to try walking for 3-4 days and also putting my leg in warm water with salt in it and try rotating my leg. If after 3-4 days if I still have pain in my leg I again have to plaster my leg. I really don't know what to do. With the plater on, I won't be able to walk for a couple of days again and it's hampering my office work. It's already been 40 days. How can I relieve my pain? Or atleast how can I still manage to walk a little atleast with this pain and if I need to put plaster again.how do I walk with it? My last plaster was too thick to walk

Proximal Tibial Condyle Fracture
Hello Doctor,
I had broken my left knee proximal tibia 2 months ago due to bike accident. Doctor put cylinder cast and after 1 month start the physiotherapy after cast removing.
Now when i start walking after 1.5 months, i noticed my knee surrounding area is swelling too much after 5 to 10 minutes of walking. When i take rest and apply ice then the swelling is reduced.
I am so worried about the swelling. Doctor told me to put knee cap at the time of walking. Kindly advice. Is there anything serious?
I have attached my 1st and latest x-ray reports.
