When touching neck feeling like there is lump kind of things what's that

Neck fracture of 5th metacarpal.
It happened on 1st feb, I had half cast plaster for 5 days and complete plaster for 49 days, I removed the plaster on 26 march, but in the yesterday's x ray it is not in the normal position, what should I do, should I still wear splint, kindly advise me.
