Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Doctors, I have been experiencing Pain in Acromion part of shoulder. It suspect that it pains after lifting weights that used shoulder. It pains once in 2-3 months but the pain is terrible. I suspect the cause can be an old injury caused in Gym due to improper technique, but the again that was very old like before an year, but the pain still triggers sometimes.

I have knee pain can u please tell if I have ostheoarthritis? Or reducing joint space? I have constant knee pain..

Since one I have pain while standing for long hours..just asking.. looking at the reduced joint space..

When I get up from bed or seat I feel burning sensation at the bottom part of my feet and pain at the fingers joints

From last 15 days I am feeling severe pain in calf muscle, below knee cap area , and both frontal things pain , upper foots,heels pain ,both side symmetrical, but no swelling and no  pain when press , but when bowel clears I feel relaxed in pain , what can be the reason, is due to cooler effect

Sir from yesterday afternoon suddenly I started to getting pain on my top left foot which progressively increased and even I can't able to support with my left foot to walk can't able to stand with that leg. I'm getting severe pain on top of left foot in midfoot or talus side if I bend my toes up and down I'm getting pain in midfoot. In my Knowledge I haven't injured my foot. But I use to sit for long period and even stand. Also sometimes I'm getting little bit pain in big toe but not sure but not pain in heel I don't know when I got sprain or what happend but still now I can't able to walk without support. Also if I stand only with my left foot I'm getting pain. What will the cause ? Please help
