I have attached my MRI report of my shoulder. Recently I fall down and my shoulder got injured and now it's paining while making movements

Today I experience sudden onset of pain swelling and tenderness below my right hand thumb and the palm area . Then I applied crepe bandage which gave me relief in this pain and swelling.. Why should I do.. There is no recent history of any injury right now.

Contrast-enhanced helical axial sections of 5 mm thickness were obtained through the bony pelvis, including both hip joints. A fracture of the anterior wall, posterior wall, and roof of the left acetabulum, along with the adjacent part of the left iliac bone, is noted. A fracture of the left superior and inferior pubic rami is noted. The rest of the visualized pelvic bones, lumbar sacral vertebrae, sacrum, and the visualized femoral head and neck show normal cortical outlines and trabecular patterns. Bilateral hip joint spaces are normal and symmetrical. The articular surfaces are smooth and congruent. There is no evidence of joint effusion. Both sacroiliac (SI) joints appear normal. The articular surfaces are smooth and congruent. There is no evidence of subchondral erosions, sclerosis, or joint irregularity. Surrounding muscle bundles and fascial planes appear normal.

If injury ligament presist 1.4 yrs due to repeated injury on it without any pain from starting. It can be further recover from here .

My daughters neck is paining a lot have tried putting volini gel but nothing worked out she's just 15 and is very unbearable to sit and she has headache due to his...what is the solution?

Since one week I have pain in my right hand I have consulted Dr he told k tenius elbow hai .when I take medicine it goes but after some time it comes again and I m not able to hold anything .so what is the treatment for tenius elbow.how long it takes time to cure.

Hi doctor, My 6 year old daughter had 2nd and 3 rd hairline metatarsal fracuture in her Right feet. Doctor said if she is not having any pain and able to walk but it will be ok by taking rest no need of bandage. In x ray it is not visible but in system when they zoomed it was visible. How long will it take to cure, can she walk little bit for sometime at home. Please help

Now I am having gout attack , how long gout attack last , what are the diet should I avoid when gout attack and last question is thatc is it OK to take both febuxostat 80 mg and Colchicine 0.5 mg when gout attack.
